Orders

Every order placed with Buds and Florets is subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Should your order be declined, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

In the event that your ordered item is unavailable, we will either issue a full refund or offer an alternative product of equal value.

Pricing & Payments

We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.

For custom orders, advance payments will be arranged based on individual customer requirements.

Delivery of Goods

All deliveries are handled by trusted courier services.

Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.

Delivery charges apply based on your location.

We take responsibility for any damage caused during delivery.

While we strive for timely deliveries, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Accurate address and contact details are essential for smooth delivery.

Once delivery is completed, we are not liable for any loss or damage due to theft or mishandling by third parties.

Order Changes

You may make changes to your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

In exceptional cases where flowers have not been procured, changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email us at care@budsandflorets.com.

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within 4 hours of placing an order.

Cancellations made after 4 hours but before the scheduled delivery receive a partial refund of 50%.

No refunds are issued for cancellations made on the day of delivery.

Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if you are dissatisfied, we will gladly offer a refund or replace your order with fresh flowers.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please contact your bank for further details.
